چکیده
This study presents a methodology for detecting delaminations in carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP)-jacketed concrete structures by infrared thermography. Four specimens with artificial were evaluated through passive experiments under different weather conditions including winter, summer, sunny, and rainy conditions. The test parameters considered the included size, depth, surface cover mortar, water content delamination void. detected regions boundary recognition based on differences temperature variations during period. It could detect more efficiently accurately than visual assessments thermal images. Furthermore, few that undetectable images after image processing proposed methodology. In addition, accuracy of results was significantly affected time period testing data-collection intervals. We discuss recommended values obtained parametric analysis implement an application example using method deep learning experimental data.

Thermal imaging with an infrared camera can be used to view the location and intensity of heat sources in space and time. In a thermal conductor, thermal diffusion blurs out those heat sources. Knowledge of the physics of thermal diffusion can be used to enhance the spatial and temporal resolution of thermal images. In two dimensions, quantitative reconstruction of the heat source intensity is ...
متن کاملDETECTING DEFECTS in REINFORCED CONCRETE USING the METHOD of INFRARED THERMOGRAPHY
This paper presents a method for detecting defects in reinforced concrete structures by using the method of active infrared (IR) thermography. Non-destructive testing using infrared (IR) thermography consists of thermal stimulation of the object of interest and monitoring of the surface temperature variation during the transient cooling or heating process. The paper includes short descriptions ...

0. Abstract In this paper we propose a simple enhancing protocol for pulsed infrared thermography. The method is based on stimulating the specimen with two heating pulses separated by a short time interval delta. This approach was tested on several specimens of low and high thermal diffusivity and showed to provide higher thermal contrasts when an optimum interval delta is chosen. The observed ...
متن کاملInfrared Thermography in Pain Medicine
Since BC 400 when Hippocrates used temperature in a diagnosis by applying mud to a patient's body and speculating that dry areas had disease, temperature has been an important area of interest in medicine. The skin is a very important organ in temperature regulation, and body temperature is controlled by the combined control of the central and autonomic nerve system. Infrared thermography (IRT)...
